At 3 Scoops Productions, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Apparel Products

Unworn, unused apparel may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom Orders

Because custom apparel is produced specifically for each customer, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exceptions may be made if:

• The wrong item was received
• The product arrives damaged
• A production error occurred on our end

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
